before and after: desk (part two)

perhaps you remember my before and after: desk? well, it gets a part two too!

those plain muji desk drawers on my desk...




got a bit of color last week.

ta-da!!


not a huge difference, but noticeable when you spend a lot of your time at your desk (which is super untidy compared to the first picture, but relatively clean for me, lately). and it turns out the plastic doesn't take to being spray painted, so i put a piece of pink polka dot fabric on top to avoid scratching the paint/hide any straches and decided not to paint the top of the second drawer unit, which went pink!

i also moved it (it looked too busy on my desk) and it works perfectly with some birthday cards from my parents, some trinkets and all my study books and other folders (part-time job and BEST stuff).
