22 for 2015: mid march

1. learn to use my walcom tablet (and make things!)
2. finish our wedding video (have lots of raw footage from our wedding, currently about half done)
3. backup wedding photos all in 1 place (had a wedding in the states and a party in japan, professional photos from both and photos from friends)

4. run (at least) 5 miles a week i haven't run much, but i have gone to the gym 5-6 days a week (a combination of Turbo Kick class, PiYo class and weight lifting with #5) since mid january. i love turbo kickk and piyo, so i consider finding a workout i actually like a better victory.
5. travel to 3 new places in japan
6. lose 15 pounds (mini goal: lose 5 by march) i am down 4.2 pounds since january 25th and it's only march 15th, so there's still time. the number jumps back and forth, but the graph on Lose It! is going in the general down direction, so that's good. hoping there's a lot of "muscle weighs more than fat" going on since i'm using the app to calorie count and working out like a mad woman. ha!
7. pass a PT test (using air force women's test regulations for waist, 1.5 mile run, pushups and situps) i passed today!! i did 49 sit-ups (in a minute, 45 and above is max points), 16 push-ups (in a minute, 14 is bare minimum) and ran 1.5 miles in 11:55 for a total of 95.1 points according the air force testing regulations. doing way better than i even imagined i would do has motivated me (and really the whole reason behind posting today!) now i just need to get my push-ups up a bit for more points!

8. sew 2 quilts
9. sell 24 pouches (i used to sew and sell little zippered pouches on etsy, but haven't done anything in years)
10. project life/photos/journal weekly sigh. need to get on this. i want to, just haven't been motivated or "feeling it." i have january photos and journal cards in and ready for writing, but haven't done anything on february or march.

11. start to contribute to house income (applying soon to be a substitute teacher on base) application is in, just waiting for the background check to go through. so no progress on this yet.
12. budget and save at least $500 a month i think we saved $400 last month, but it all went right into the credit card bill because we went to the states for 5 days suddenly at the end of february for a family emergency. and that doesn't even put a dent in the bill, so now we're digging out of that hole before we can save anything. doh.
13. learn to do taxes #5 did them.
14. legally change my name (didn't do it when we got married for work visa reasons, but the time has come) i have the paperwork filled out, just need to send it all in. good thing i didn't in january or i wouldn't have made it to the states in february (because i have to send my passport in).
15. send a postcard or letter once a month i sent one birthday letter at the end of janauary. so, there's still time to catch up?

16. clean out my closet/clothes
17. finish bookshelf clean-out (project stalled half way, would like to finish)
18. clean out the linen closet

19. try a new recipe at least once a month
20. continue to meal plan
21. be more vigilant about leftovers (aka: eat them so they don't go bad!)
22. drink more tea and less beer i have pretty much given up beer and alcohol. when i have "extra" calories i can eat, i would rather have CANDY! hahaha
