off on an adventure

my backpack is almost all packed...


i've got friends' mailing addresses and postcards, a journal, camera with at least 6GB of memory, peanut butter and granola bars, and clothes for three weeks. clothing re-cycling *will* be happening, though showering? not so much. haha. oh, and how could i forget?! my heart shaped sunglasses and hula hoop!! i'm going to kawaguchiko (a town at the base of the mountain) this afternoon and will be heading up above the clouds tomorrow morning.
