the little j in the corner is a recent adventure in photo editing using a program called Gimp. it's free software that i downloaded online. i'd like to be able to alter photos to enhance them just for fun, but otherwise, i rarely edit my photos. and for marco mondays, the photos i post are exactly how i took them.
this photo is of a flower in the mountains of colorado, but i'm not exactly sure what kind of flower. i love water drops on flowers and have quite a few more scheduled for macro mondays. :)

I am getting a new camera for christmas and this would hopefully keep me a little motivated to get the camera out and take some shots!
I also love the little J in the corner! How do you do it? Photoshop? Do you photoshop your photos?
Also, what is this photo of? SOme kind of flower? I love how the water is resting on it...
