yesterday i picked up a couple plastic drawers for my desk (that doubles as my kitchen table) because i can never seem to keep it clean.

The drawers look good, I think you did a good job. : )
Sorta funny story. But when I was in high school. My whole room used to look like your before picture. Big pile of clothes at foot of the bed and everything. Just all over. My dad used to say..."Gina clean your room" or he'd say, " Gina,it looks like a bomb exploded in here" I personally didn't "get it" because even though it was a cluttery mess in his eyes. I could still totally find everything. hmm! It was an *organized mess* Ha ha ha. : )
Now I'm a bit more orderly. But that happened after I had kids though. : ) Anyway, I think you did an excellent job Jo! : )
